The ECREAM cluster, in which AEOLUS participates, will be presenting at the symposium “Advancements in Monitoring Food Contamination and Quality” with a dedicated roll-up banner display.
The symposium, organized by PHOTONFOOD in collaboration with DigiFoods and FoodSafeR, will take place from 27–28 November. This event will cover essential topics such as:
- Emerging challenges in food safety and quality
- Novel approaches for ensuring food quality and safety
- Digital solutions for the food industry
- Photonic-based technologies in food safety
Researchers, professionals, and food safety authorities are encouraged to participate, network, and contribute to discussions. The symposium will feature poster sessions and a live PHOTONFOOD prototype demonstration, fostering an interactive exchange of ideas. Researchers are invited to submit posters for display!
