AEOLUS project at SPIE Photonics West 2025

✨ The AEOLUS project was proud to present at SPIE Photonics West 2025 in San Francisco! ✨

On January 29, 2025, Charalampos Zervos from PCRL, NTUA shared our latest research in a presentation titled:
📝 Leveraging a SiPh Mid-IR Platform for Integrated Thermal Source and Detector to Measure CO2 and CH4 Levels

The presentation, Paper No. 13371-26, was a collaborative effort by:
Charalampos Zervos, Georgios Syriopoulos, Evrydiki Kyriazi, Thenia Prousalidi, Pen-Sheng Lin, Kristinn B. Gylfason, Frank Niklaus, Shayan Parhizkar, Stephan Schroeder, Floria Ottonello Briano, Stephan Suckow, Max C. Lemme, Giannis Poulopoulos, Dimitrios Apostolopoulos, and Hercules Avramopoulos.

The research focused on new ways to monitor CO2 and CH4 emissions using silicon photonics, sparking interest and discussions among attendees.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! We look forward to sharing more updates soon as we continue pushing the boundaries of photonic technology for a sustainable future. 🌱
